Merry Christmas!

It's been a little while since I last blogged and strange as it may seem, it isn't because I spend all my time partying. I've been busy with moving house. IwasnotstressedIwasnotstressedIwasnot…you get the idea. Anyway, now I am in, most of the work is done and the boxes are unpacked. I even have a desk which I am sitting at right now.
No doubt I will be again when I post The Exeter Novel Prize long list on January 1st. Here at CreativeWritingMatters HQ we were delighted to hear that our esteemed judge, Broo Doherty was awarded the accolade of Literary Agent of the Year at the Festival of Romance. She has also moved to DHH Literary Agency. You can read more about Broo HERE. 
I'm very flattered that Friday Writers places went so quickly. I shall run another one in the summer term and will post up the dates early in the New Year. 
2014 is already looking like it will be exciting and busy for all of us at CWMatters but in the meantime…
it's the season of goodwill, merry-making and Happy Writing - oops - Christmas!
