This year, we have increased the word count for the flash competition. Entries are now invited for a story of not more than seven hundred and fifty words on any theme.
Competition Rules
1. The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
2. The title is not included in the 750 words.
3. The prizewinning stories will be published on the CreativeWritingMatters website.
4. Entries must be in English.
5. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
6. Entry must be made by following the instructions below. No paper copies or cheques can be accepted.
7. Prize money will be awarded via Paypal.
8. Please be prepared to withdraw if your story is published or wins a cash prize elsewhere.

2. Type your name, contact details and the title of your story into the body of the email.
3. Attach your story as a .doc .docx .pdf or .rtf The file should have the same name as the title of your story. Single spaced is fine. Your name should not be visible anywhere on the story.
