Why not twiddle dem dials?

If you happen to twiddle with your radio dials tomorrow morning at 9.14am and alight on Radio Devon, then you might hear me. Yes, me! Gasp! What am I doing on the radio? 
Well... three years ago, I was invited on Janet Kipling's Saturday morning show to talk about writing flash fiction. The first CreativeWritingMatters flash competition had just been launched and I was hoping it would be a success. Janet asked me to let everyone know how it went.
Obviously, I wouldn't be going on the radio if it had been a dismal failure. Oh no. Tomorrow, I will announce that the competition is now in its third year and going from strength to strength. The long list is now up and the 2013 winners will be published on the site on Sunday 30th September. Go HERE
My second announcement is that the team at CreativeWritingMatters has launched the Exeter Novel Prize. We are very excited that entries have been coming in for a while now and from all over the world. Go HERE
